When it comes to shipping flooring, we are your one-stop-shop. We ship flooring and related materials to all corners of the United States & Canada. In some cases, we will also get involved with exporting into other countries, upon request! We only work with top-rated freight carriers, so you know that your material will be delivered quickly and in good condition! While our shipping might not be free, we make up for it with a great experience. Remember: nothing good comes without cost!

Delivery Time

Once your order is submitted, it will be processed within 1-3 days. After the order is processed, it will be picked up by one of our carriers. The standard delivery time is 7 - 10 business days. Transit time is estimated, but we'll provide tracking information once your order ships so that you can follow its progress. Your patience will be worth it! This estimated time applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Delivery time will be longer to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and anywhere outside the Continental United States. If part of the order or the entire order is not in stock, we will notify you and advise you of your options.

IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CHANGED AFTER THE ORDER SHIPS, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

How We Deliver Your Order

  • All deliveries with be sent on a freight carrier by LTL or Truckload service on a pallet.
  • When the order ships, you will receive a tracking number with the carrier name and phone number.
  • All deliveries will be curbside. The carrier cannot bring the material into your home due to insurance reasons.
  • All deliveries will need to be signed by someone over the age of 18. That person will be responsible for the material after it is delivered.
  • The consignee will be responsible for bringing the material into the home or business.
  • When you receive your order, please carefully inspect the materials and sign for them. If there is any damaged or missing material the consignee must notate this at the time of delivery on the carrier's delivery receipt or a claim cannot be filed. Please see our Receiving and Inspecting section for more information.

IF THE ORDER IS REFUSED OR SOMEONE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE FEES WILL BE APPLIED.

GENERAL NOTES

All flooring and tile products are shipped via common carrier (trucking lines). We cannot send any flooring via UPS or FEDEX. For that reason, we have a minimum order of $500.
