Delivery Timeline

Our streamlined fulfillment centers process orders within 1-3 business days from submission. Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days within the contiguous United States, with comprehensive tracking information provided once your order ships through our advanced logistics system. Extended delivery schedules apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international destinations through our global shipping network. Our customer service team will contact you immediately if any items are backordered and present all available options.

Delivery Process

  • All shipments arrive via LTL (Less Than Truckload) or full truckload freight service on secure pallets
  • Complete tracking numbers with carrier contact information provided at time of shipment
  • Curbside delivery only - carriers cannot transport materials inside due to insurance restrictions
  • Adult signature required (18+) - signer assumes full responsibility for materials
  • Customer responsible for moving materials from curb to final installation location
  • Immediate inspection required - document any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt to enable proper claims processing (refer to our Receiving Guidelines for complete details)

Important: Refused deliveries or missed delivery appointments will result in additional shipping and storage fees.

Shipping Requirements

Due to the specialized nature of flooring logistics and freight carrier specifications, all FastFloors.com shipments utilize our network of commercial freight carriers (UPS and FedEx services are not available for flooring products). Our enterprise pricing structure requires a minimum order value of $800 for all shipments.
